U3 provides password protection
I don't use any of the U3 software, but it is a subset of the software that provides password protection for your files. Many flash drives do not provide this. At this attractive price, if I only get 14+ gigs of usable space out of my 16 gig drive, so be it. Formatting will eat up some space on any drive, flash or other; so you'll never get the full 16 gigs with any 16 gig flash drive.
I'm happy with it...
Too bad its not the Titanium one. Its kind of slow on Vista, but very fast on my MacBookPro (the 2.8GHz one). Overall I'm very pleased to have such a large flash drive for so cheap.
No problems
USB connector retracts with the use of the white slider. When slid out, holds well.
