great frame
bought this for my parents for Christmas , and they love it . Showed them how to use it once and they picked it right up ,works great and ads something new and interesting to the family room .
Easier than I thought
I bought this for my parents, loaded it up with pictures of the grandkids (and a few of us who gave them grandkids) and gave it to them for Christmas. They LOVE it!!
I have technology survival skills, but not much beyond that, and I found it very easy to load. The internal memory is quite generous, we haven't even put in the memory card yet.
Fair price as well!
Directionless
This product had two pages of "directions" in english. However, these directions didn't tell you how to set up the frame at all. I even went on the products website to find some directions and the "how-to guide" was unavailable. After playing around with it for a half an hour or so I got some pictures on the frame but didn't like the image quality. They were not clear and didn't fill the entire frame without looking distorted. After my frustration set in I gave up and sent the product back.
